This is the historical version of the 1951 expedition mittens, with a refined ergonomic design. It has been developed in rustic bovine leather, giving it an authentic look, while guaranteeing optimal resistance. The thick fleece interior, combined with a waterproof and breathable membrane, will bring you unconditional warmth.

The historical version of the Himalayan expedition mitt is here declined with a "chocolate" goat leather, very worked. The suppleness and the quality of the touch are then optimal for a refinement and a comfort at their peak.

The thick fleece interior, combined with a waterproof and breathable membrane, will bring you unconditional warmth. The whole thing is reinforced by a precision elastic tightening at the wrist, to keep the heat as close to the skin as possible.

A vintage mitt, authentic and refined, the Gilbert Vignes mitt is a tribute to this mountaineer of the 1951 Himalayan expedition, who disappeared on the summit of the Nanda Devi.

This model keeps the vintage line of the historical reproduction, but this time, the optimal comfort is brought by a more careful goat leather, bringing finesse and flexibility around the hand.

The mitt is composed of a thick and warm fleece, as well as a waterproof and breathable membrane, so as not to neglect warmth and comfort. The whole thing is completed with a precision tightening around the wrist.

Finally, we added a metal rivet engraved Marcel Livet, discreet signature of the brand.
